Children transferring to us from another school mid way through their schooling or from a home school situation move to us as a 'mid year admission'.
Walsall Local Authority manage our mid year admissions and applications should be made directly to them.
Once the local authority has made an offer, we will approach parents/carers to inform them that there is a place for their child. We will then arrange a school visit, discuss a transition and agree a start date.
Children joining us will have an opportunity to look around and meet their new teacher before they start. Once they join, they will be buddied up with one or two other children to help them learn our routines and find their way around.
